1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ji888 at ji888.vin, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the ji888 platform, including but not limited to browsing, account registration, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, playing games and requesting withdrawals.

2. Eligibility

• You must be registering and playing as an individual person acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, company or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a ji888 employee in a role that involves access to platform systems, game data or player account information.
• You must not have a pre-existing ji888 account that is active, suspended or under review. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Misrepresenting your identity, age or location constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Ji888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of age — at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to ji888's satisfaction may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register and hold exactly one ji888 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, different devices, different email addresses or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ji888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration and keeping that information current. If your contact details, payment method information or any other registered detail changes, you must update your account information promptly. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Your ji888 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person. Ji888 is not responsible for losses or other consequences arising from a player permitting another person to access their account, whether intentionally or through negligence.

4. Deposits & Payments

Ji888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The specific payment methods available to your account are displayed within the Deposit section of your ji888 account at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your ji888 PKR balance upon successful processing. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits process within a few minutes. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider. Ji888 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the Deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Ji888 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties.
• Ji888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits before processing withdrawals.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact ji888 support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

Ji888 takes payment security seriously. All deposit transactions are processed through encrypted channels. Your payment method details are handled in accordance with the ji888 Privacy Policy.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ji888 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all withdrawal methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers.

• Withdrawals are only available from your main account balance. Bonus credits that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering condition is fully satisfied.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is shown in your account's withdrawal section at the time of the request.
• Ji888 aims to process most withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed the same day the request is submitted, subject to verification checks.
• Ji888 may request identity and payment verification documents before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Ji888 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload promotions and seasonal offers linked to events such as Pakistan Super League fixtures and T20 international series. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

The following general rules apply to all ji888 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some game categories — such as certain live table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held in your ji888 account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: Ji888 reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus — and any associated winnings — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Ji888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be affected mid-promotion, but ongoing eligibility for future offers is not guaranteed.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ji888 — including Live Casino tables, Sports Betting markets, Fish Games and Slots — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet or entering a game session, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a wager is accepted by the ji888 system, it is final subject to the game's settlement rules.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game session, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of the fault. Ji888 is not liable for losses caused by the player's internet connection, device or browser.
• Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event. Ji888 follows standard sports betting settlement rules for Cricket, Football and Esports markets. Specific settlement rules for complex markets are displayed within the Sports section.
• Ji888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an obvious pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned to their account balance where a void is applied.
• Collusion between players — including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit odds or game mechanics — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ji888 account credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. Ji888 strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with anyone.

If you suspect that your ji888 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ji888 support immediately and change your password. Ji888 will investigate reported security incidents but is not liable for losses that result from a player's failure to maintain credential security.

Ji888 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from ji888 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ji888 support promptly.

9. Responsible Gaming

Ji888 is an entertainment platform and is not intended to be used as a source of income. We encourage all players to set personal budgets before every session and to treat gaming as a leisure activity with an affordable entertainment cost — not as a way to recover financial losses or generate regular income.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Ji888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Multiple account registration or use of another person's account.
• Attempts to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or engage in collusion.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at ji888 staff or other users through any platform channel.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time when requested.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at ji888's discretion. Where closure is not due to a breach — for example, a player choosing to close their own account — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ji888 account may do so by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, ji888 recommends activating the self-exclusion option first, as it takes effect immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ji888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside ji888's control may occasionally affect platform availability. Ji888 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Ji888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Game session disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of the player's own gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits ji888's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Ji888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their account use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

Ji888 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, game offerings or operational policies. When material changes are made, ji888 will notify registered players via their registered contact method or through a notice displayed when logging in to their account.

Continued use of your ji888 account after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Outstanding verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
